The genesis of "LAZEINDA DENIM" comes from the decades of experience in the garment sourcing industry and detailed analysis of the problems faced in this tenure. To curb the restlessness of creating a comprehensive apparel suit for the global clientele, a modern manufacturing facility was established in 2015.
In year the company has geared up itself by strengthening its roots with double employees and production capacity. We are committed to set and enhance the trends in green manufacturing and contributing towards society with dedication and responsibility.
We chose the most appropriate geographical locality, Lahore (Pakistan) to begin with (5 km Off Ferozpur Road, Near Kana Kacha Railway Station, Lahore, Pakistan). “We” are pleased to offer this site where advanced technology has been used in all departments. LD is following the latest product control and assurance system to produce premium product. Quality is our priority. We proved that we are raising the bar every day.
Product Development
Lazienda Denim is in the process of setting up an independent R&D division, with a vision to create its own line of garments, to present and market to its customers. The division will research for the latest market trends, in terms of fabrics, colors and designs, and convert them into garments for our target audience.
Cutting
The aggregate capacity of the cutting section is above 5,000 garments per day. We perform 100% inspection of the fabric rolls according to the 4-point grading system. Our CAD system enables precision pattern making and producing efficient cut markers resulting in higher fabric utilization percentage.
Sewing
Our sewing department operates with highly skilled sewing operators and stringent quality control methods. Using various sewing techniques, modern machines, and engineered attachments, we maintain the highest level of productivity.
Washing
Destroying denims is as much an art as it is a technique. Details are added using fine abrasive papers on scraping tools. Extra whiskering can be added with sandpaper. Exclusive work is done to customize jeans as patented secrets, ensuring unique designs.
