Exchange Policy

  1. Condition of the Product: We only accept exchanges for products that are in the same condition as when they were delivered. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  2. Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. We recommend double-checking all details before placing a custom order to ensure your satisfaction.

  3. Sale Items: Products that have been purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or refund. All sale items are considered final sale.

  4. Delivery Charges: In the event that an exchange is authorized, the delivery charges for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered if a product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, the original payment method will be refunded, minus any applicable delivery charges.
